They are simple to use
Making your workout simpler and less time consuming is the entire notion of those and they do the job quite nicely.

They are extremely simple to adjust the weight on since you only place them in the foundation, turn the dials and pick them back up.
Much easier compared to the old days of screw on dumbbells that required putting plates on and taking them back away.

It's Comfortable
The handles on all these are ergonomic and feel comfortable and natural within the hands.

There's something about the red and black color that Bowflex uses that I enjoy and it just simply looks good sitting in you home workout area. I understand this doesn't mean much for your use of the dumbbells but you don't want a group of cheap looking crap in your gym either.

These are way to long in my opinion and it makes it really difficult to do specific exercises like dumbbell curls. These things are 16 inches wide whether you're doing 10 pounds or 52.5 pounds. Lots of people complain about this.

Generally Speaking, I think it is a terrific option for anybody looking for a set of dumbbells within this weight range. Bowflex is really a name you can trust and you can expect them to last for many years.
